Meetings can be massive time wasters. But, they can also help build a culture of accountability and drive progress if you do them right.
For team meetings, I’ve been recommending Worklife. Worklife lets you create an agenda (a recurring one for regular meetings), track open items, assign action items, and record public & private notes. Invite your entire team to collaborate, or make one person the note-taker, and they can email out a simple summary when the meeting ends.
Never forget what happened in a meeting again.
